Maestros & Apprentices 2013 was a celebration of art in all its forms and of the power of creative partnerships. Themed Great Partnerships … in Art, the Academy’s flagship fundraising event drew inspiration from iconic arts partnerships that have endured throughout history.
Now celebrating its 18th year, the Helpmann Academy Graduate Exhibition 2013 featured 35 emerging visual artists, hand-picked as the best and freshest this state has to offer.

Renowned choreographer Zhang Xiao Xiong was in Adelaide in September 2009 to conduct a dance master-class at Tafe SA's Adelaide College of the Arts.
World-renowned potter Takeshi Yasuda was ‘artist in residence’ at the Adelaide College of the Arts during July 2009 as part of the Helpmann Academy’s International Residency program, sharing his experiences, his ideas and his craft through a series of master classes and lectures.
