Rosalie Brady of Fisher Jeffries Lawyers will take you through tips on protecting yourself when entering into contracts, whether they be with suppliers, clients, publishers, landlords or anyone else. Rosalie will cover issues including:

  • payment terms;
  • delivery obligations;
  • enforcement;
  • statutory rights; and
  • your potential personal liability.

Rosalie Brady is a partner in Fisher Jeffries’ Corporate and Commercial team, with over 13 years experience in contract law, corporate governance, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, franchising, and competition and consumer law. Rosalie is particularly passionate about helping emerging and start-up businesses, particularly in the creative sector.
