With Marie-Louise Carroll, State Manager: Western Australia and South Australia, Creative Partnerships Australia.

A fundamental piece of a successful creative practice is fundraising and applying for funding to support your artistic endeavours, but this can sometimes be a daunting task.

Led by Marie-Louise Carroll, State Manager: Western Australia & South Australia, Creative Partnerships Australia, the Fundraising Seminar will shine some light on the ins and outs of fundraising.

Providing essential information for emerging artists, of all disciplines, to help navigate their way through the process, topics covered will include:

  • Philanthropy 101
  • Building a case for support
  • How to be fundraising ready
  • The Australian Cultural Fund: How they can help with your fundraising goals

Artists are invited to attend free of charge, to learn how best to use fundraising strategies to take their career to the next level.

Helpmann Academy is proud to introduce our new Activate Professional Development Seminar Series.

The series aims to empower emerging visual and performing artists with practical knowledge to help build and sustain a successful creative career.
