Join us to hear from Caroline Cheng, Director of The Pottery Workshop in Jingdezhen, China. Caroline is an independent artist and entrepreneur, has set up studios in Shanghai, Dali and Jingdezhen, ceramic retail shops in Shanghai and Beijing, and devotes the majority of her time to promoting ceramics in China. Her works are collected by The British Museum in London, Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge, The National Museum in Beijing, The Ceramic Museum in Vallauris, Hong Kong Museum of Art, and others.
The Pottery Workshop in Jingdezhen is an international ceramics centre, focusing on the development and enrichment of ceramics in China and abroad. The modern facilities, bilingual staff as well as being located in the “Porcelain Capital” offer a unique experience found nowhere else in the world.
